72-Hour Structural Repair Policy
If your professional gel manicure, dipping powder overlay, or acrylic extension chips, lifts, or cracks within 72 hours of your appointment due to material failure or application inconsistency, we will repair the affected nail plate free of charge.
Warranty Requirements: You must contact the studio within 72 hours of your service via telephone at 970-926-1909 or email at [email protected] with a clear photograph of the affected nail. Repairs must be scheduled within 5 business days of reporting.
